Breakfast at Manakau Lodge is a relaxed, leisurely and civilised affair. Our breakfast menu offers a variety of freshly-prepared favourites, including delicious home-baked croissants and pastries, fresh fruits, farm-fresh eggs, smoked salmon, and a hearty Kiwi breakfast grill. For guests booked on early-morning marine excursions, or with an early start to their onward journey, we offer a breakfast-to-go of fresh fruits, yoghurt, muffins, fruit juice and coffee.
Breakfast is served at your leisure and in style, in the comfort of our dining room. The perfect start to the day!
For guests not wishing to drive to town for dinner, we offer a choice of cheese and supper platters, accompanied by first class New Zealand wines served by the glass, carafe or bottle. Orders for platters should be placed by noon on the day they are required for service.
Our summer platter menu can be found here.
We offer the option of a dinner service for guests reserving all four rooms of the Lodge (minimum six guests). A typical Table d’Hôte dinner menu can be seen here.
We are very happy to suggest and discuss alternative menus. Please let us know of your requirements.
Do check our Rates and Packages page for seasonal offers which may include dinner with a Lodge stay.

A Taste of Marlborough
The vineyards just to the north of us produce some of the world’s very best wines, most notably sauvignon blanc. After a day out exploring, experience a taste of Marlborough: choose a bottle to share from our hand-picked list, relax, and enjoy, either in the comfort of your room, outside on the deck, or in front of the log fire in our cosy guest lounge.
Our wine list is updated frequently. Take a look at a typical selection here
